Step 1 Schedule a Free Consultation

Let’s chat over the phone or Zoom to discuss your child’s strengths, needs, and goals, as well as our tutoring services, pricing, and scheduling.

Step 2 Personalized Learning Plan

Let’s meet to get to know each other and discuss the ins and outs of tutoring. We will administer initial assessments to determine your child’s strengths, needs, and next steps.

Step 3 See Your Learner Grow

Let’s collaborate to ensure your child makes progress. We will provide updates about what your child is working on and how they are doing.

Policies

Thank you for reading and honoring these policies.  I believe it's important to honor our commitments and model that behavior for children, and appreciate your willingness to agree to the below before we get started.

  • If you are late, your session will be cut short and the full amount will be charged. 

  • Cancellation of a session prior to 36 hours of the scheduled session will not be charged.

  • Cancellation of a session within 36 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 75% of the rate.

  • Cancellation of a session within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 100% of the rate. (I understand that life happens so we allow for one grace cancellation within this timeframe free of charge -1 grace cancellation) 

  • Sessions missed without notification will be charged 100% of the rate
